ABOUT US

Sh.A.U.C.K. is a nonprofit organization of five diverse young women based in Rochester, MN. We recognize that youth wanting to take care of their mental health may have difficulties in locating resources and tools. We hope to develop an app that will allow youth to thrive in their community. We believe everyone, no matter their mental health state, should have equal opportunities to better themselves and others without the lack of resources and tools preventing their success. Our mission is to help youth who want to keep track of their mental health by providing easily accessible resources, tracking tools, and games to improve their quality of life.

ShAUCK has been at the forefront of making a difference in children’s lives. Located at the intersection of community and life, ShAUCK is a life-affirming journey that builds on the richness and power of lifelong values. We have been providing young people the values and skills they need to become exceptional community leaders.
